பூனை ஏன் வீட்டில் தங்குகிறது?

A Cat and its Strong Friends..!

         Once a cat thought, ′The lion is the strongest of all the animals. It is good to have friendship with a lion. I shall go to the lion and make friendship with it′. As it planned, the lion and the cat became friends and they were friends for many days.

        Once the lion and the cat walked together and they met an elephant. The lion began to fight with the elephant. Finally, the elephant killed the lion. Now the cat felt very sorry and thought, ′What shall I do now?′.

        The cat then became friend with the elephant. Once they were walking and they met a hunter. The hunter shot at the elephant and killed it. Now the cat thought, ′The man is stronger than the elephant′. So the cat went up to the hunter and asked, ′May I come with you?′. The hunter said, ′All right, let us go home together′. They came to the man′s home. His wife took his gun from him. The cat saw that and thought ′When she took a gun from hunter, the hunter did not fight her. She must be the stronger one than all′ and the cat decided to stay with the woman forever.

        ஒருமுறை பூனை, 'சிங்கம் அனைத்து விலங்குகளிலும் மிகவும் வலிமையானது, சிங்கத்துடன் நட்பு கொள்வது மிகவும் நல்லது. அதனால் நான் சிங்கத்திடம் சென்று அதனுடன் நட்பு வைத்துக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்" என்று நினைத்தது. பூனை திட்டமிட்டபடியே, சிங்கமும் பூனையும் நண்பர்கள் ஆனார்கள், அவர்கள் பல நாட்கள் நண்பர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்.

         ஒருமுறை சிங்கமும் பூனையும் ஒன்றாக நடந்துச் செல்லும்போது, இருவரும் ஒரு யானையை சந்தித்தன. சிங்கம் யானையிடம் சண்டையிட தொடங்கியது, இறுதியில் யானை சிங்கத்தை கொன்று விட்டது. இப்போது பூனை மிகவும் வருத்தமடைந்து, 'நான் இப்போது என்ன செய்வது" என்று யோசித்தது. பின்னர் பூனை யானையுடைய நண்பனானது. ஒருமுறை யானையும் பூனையும் நடந்து சென்று கொண்டிருக்கும் போது, அவர்கள் வேட்டைக்காரனை சந்தித்தார்கள். வேட்டைக்காரன் யானையை சுட்டு அதை கொன்று விட்டார்.

        இப்போது பூனை 'யானையை விட மனிதன் மிகவும் வலிமை வாய்ந்தவன்" என்று நினைத்து மனிதனிடம் சென்று 'நான் உங்களுடன் வரலாமா என்று கேட்க?" வேட்டைக்காரன் 'சரி, நாம் வீட்டிற்கு ஒன்றாக செல்லலாம்" என்றார். அவர்கள் இருவரும் வேட்டைகாரனின் வீட்டை வந்தடைந்தனர். வேட்டைகாரனின் மனைவி, அவரிடம் இருந்து துப்பாக்கியை எடுத்தாள். அப்போது பூனை 'அவருடைய மனைவி வேட்டைகாரனிடம் இருந்து துப்பாக்கியை எடுத்த போது வேட்டைகாரன் அவளிடம் சண்டை போடவில்லை" எனவே அவள் தான் மற்றவர்களை காட்டிலும் மிகவும் வலிமையானவள், இனி நாம் அந்த பெண்ணுடன் தங்கிவிடலாம் என்று நினைத்தது.

         அன்றுமுதல் பூனை மனிதர்களுடனே இருக்கிறது.
