Solomon and The Bees..!
Solomon was a wise king. One day the Queen of Sheba went to see him. She stood in front of him at a distance and held two garlands in her hands. One garland was made up of real flowers and the other garland was made up of artificial flowers.
The Queen asked Solomon that, Which is a real flower? Which is an artificial flower?
Solomon was silent for a while. He noticed some bees were sitting on the rose outside the window. He ordered his servant to open the window.
The servant obeyed his order and opened the window. The bees entered the room through the window. They sat upon the garland of real flowers. Now everybody knew which the real garland was. The Queen praised Solomon′s wisdom and returned to the room in peace.
சாலமன் ஒரு புத்திசாலியான ராஜா. ஒரு நாள் செபாவின் ராணி அவரைப் பார்க்க சென்றிருந்தார். சாலமன் முன்பு சற்று தூரத்தில் நின்றுக் கொண்டிருந்தாள் மற்றும் கையில் இரண்டு பூமாலைகளை வைத்திருந்தாள். ஒரு மாலை உண்மையான மலர்களால் ஆனது, மற்றொரு மாலை செயற்கை மலர்களால் ஆனது.
'இதில் எது உண்மையான மலர்? எது செயற்கையான மலர்?" என்று ராணி சாலமனிடம் கேட்டாள்.
சாலமன் சிறிது நேரம் அமைதியாக இருந்தார். ஜன்னலுக்கு வெளியே சில தேனீக்கள் ரோஜாவில் உட்கார்ந்திருப்பதை கவனித்தார். ஜன்னலை திறக்கும் படி தனது ஊழியரிடம் உத்தரவிட்டார்.
ஊழியர் சாலமனின் கட்டளைக்கு கிழ்படிந்து ஜன்னலை திறந்தார். தேனீக்கள் ஜன்னலின் வழியாக அறைக்குள் நுழைந்தன. அவை உண்மையான பூமாலை மீது அமர்ந்தது. இப்போது உண்மையான மாலை என்னவென்று எல்லோருக்கும் தெரிந்து விட்டது. ராணி சாலமனின் ஞானத்தை புகழ்ந்து விட்டு, சமாதானத்துடன் அறைக்கு திரும்பினாள்.
